Welcome Aboard

Thank You
Go Phish! is a virtual phishing simulator where users get to pick up phising emails and non phishing emails in a virtual inbox on their browser using their desktop or phone.

The companies can sign up as an organization, add or import their users emails and set their target language. Individual users can also log in to their personal dashboard to take assessments and also followup on the learning explanation of each assessment after the final date passes. After that, they will create a campaign and populate it with both our premade phising and non-phishing emails. They can also create new phishing and non-phishing emails using the Go Phish! AI to create the emails in their preferred language.

After selecting both the phishing and non-phishing emails, the org admin will select targets for the campaign, either all the users or one or more groups such as sales, IT, etc.

After selecting the non-phishing emails and clicking create, the campaign is created. All assessments start the moment they are created and ends 1 week later. All users will now receive an email inviting them to take the assessment. Inside the email is a one-time link that when clicked will open their virtual inbox and the user must finish the assessment, marking both the good and phishing emails. The assessment once started has to be finished in 10 minutes. When the user is done flagging, they can click the "I'm done" button or the assessment will complete after the 10 minutes has passed, and their flagging accept as finished. The user can also start the assessment from their user dashboard.

The Org admin as well as the user will be able to see their pass/fail status after finishing the assessment. Only the org admin will know what wrong choices the user did.

Once the 7 days of the assessment deadline has passed, all users will receive an email that shows an analysis where an AI explain which emails were phishing emails and why, as well as the non phishing emails. Users can also see this from their user dashboard if they log in.

The org admin will use the dashboard to be able to see how the company performs and by running multiple phishing campaigns can also track how fast people are getting used to spotting phishing emails.

Contrary to phishing simulations that actually send out emails, Go Phish's method lets organizations be sure all their users got to see the phishing emails and try to solve the problem emails. Simulations who send the inbox of users can only track people who click or open phishing emails, the chance the user never saw the email and didn't click on it is high. Also, many email clients will filter out phishing emails, so the campaign won't be effective.
